Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
For customers within Australia, we offer return shipping labels to make the process simple. Once you lodge your return through our online portal, you’ll receive a printable Australia Post Standard Shipping label - $10.00 Flat rate return shipping.
If you prefer to organise your own return postage, you’re welcome to do so — however, Lahana Swim cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit when our label isn’t used. We also can’t reimburse return postage costs for parcels sent without our provided label. Please note: if our return label is used, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted when your return is processed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
For orders outside Australia, we’re unable to supply return shipping labels. You’ll need to arrange your own return to Lahana Swim HQ. Shipping options and costs vary by country, so please ensure you’re aware of these costs before placing an order. Lahana Swim does not cover International return shipping fees and cannot offer refunds or compensation for parcels sent back to our HQ.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
Here’s a streamlined guide to making returns or exchanges with Lahana Angel.
- Log in to your account here using the email made with your purchase, or click on the profile icon in the navigation.
- Once you’re in, pick the order and items you’d like to return, select a reason, and add any helpful notes for us.
- Wait for the return to be approved.
- If approved, you’ll get an email with all the deets, including shipping instructions and a return label (AUS WIDE).
- Send It Back - Follow the instructions to return your item. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your exchange.
- Your new Lahana will be on its way soon after.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided for faulty/damaged items. Change-of-mind or sizing issues qualify for store credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in original condition. No refunds on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Lahana Swim is not liable for missing parcels, including those sent to incorrect addresses.
