Good to know

• Delivery times are estimates from the day your order leaves our warehouse. Weather, customs and other delays outside our control can slow things down.
• Every order comes with a tracking number once it ships.
• International prices don't include customs duties or taxes. Depending on your country and order value, you may need to pay these when your parcel arrives.

Tracking & delivery

All orders ship with Australia Post.

• Australian orders: track your parcel in the AusPost app or with a free MyPost account. If your order has left our warehouse and you need to change the address or have a delivery issue, contact AusPost on 131 888 (AU) or 0800 920 877 (NZ). For a lost or missing parcel, fill out the AusPost Lost Item Form.
• International orders: once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates appear once your parcel enters the international network, and delivery is handled by Australia Post's partner service in your country. If it can't be delivered, it may be held at your local post office. For tracking or delivery questions, contact Australia Post directly.
